TERMS & CONDITIONS

Flower Story Guidelines:

Kindly read our guidelines before proceeding with your order & payment. We reserve the right to modify our Terms and Conditions anytime.

FLOWER STORY CARE TIPS:
* Preserved Flowers:
With proper care, our preserved flowers can last up to 3 to 5 years.
* Fresh Flowers:
Our fresh flowers can last up to 2 - 3 days.
*Orchids:
Orchids can last 6 weeks to several months.
* Balloons:
Helium Grand & Jumbo Bubble Balloons can last up to 18 hours.

Note: Please follow our care card tips you may find included in the delivery of each flower arrangement from Flower Story.

DELIVERY & PICK UP:
For self pick up & own booking, Flower Story is located at 114 Scout Rallos, cor. 11th Jamboree, Quezon City. Open daily at 9am - 6pm.

* Local Deliveries
* Prices are shown in PHP.
* Delivery is available between 9am - 6pm everyday. Delivery schedules outside our working hours can be accommodated by request only.
* We deliver to all cities in Metro Manila and some parts of Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga & Bulacan.
* Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to traffic &/ or booking complications during peak seasons (Valentine’s, Mothers’ Day, Christmas, etc.)

* Delivery Charges
You have the option to book your own courier or have us book it for you with delivery charges as seen below:

* Metro Manila (motorcycle): Free (For small arrangements)
* Metro Manila (car): P300 (Small or big arrangements with balloons &/ or cakes)
* Outside Metro Manila (motorcycle): P300 - P500 (Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, & Muntinlupa)
* Outside Metro Manila (car): P1,000 - P3,000 (Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, & Muntinlupa)
* Province (LBC): P300 (Available only for preserved flowers)

Note: We prompt riders on taking extra care with deliveries, however, we cannot be liable for any damages transpired during transportation. Motor delivery works for small arrangements but, for guaranteed caution, we recommend availing a car.

* Undeliverable Items
All undeliverable items shall be sent back to our shop wherein the customer will be liable for any additional charges including rebooking. Products are considered undeliverable when:
* The recipient is not home or there is no one available to receive the item/s.
* The drop off point provided is incorrect/ incomplete &/ or cannot be located.
* If an incorrect delivery address has been provided and the delivery has been accepted, we will not be held liable for these damages.

* Change of Order Address
Should you need to edit the drop off location provided, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.

REFUND, EXCHANGE, & CANCELLATION:
- We do not offer refunds for deliveries with an incorrect delivery address.
- We do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders made after payment has been validated.
- Should you wish to postpone your order, kindly contact us at least 24 hours before the set delivery date.
- If you are unsatisfied with the product received, please send us a testimony & photo evidence within an hour of receipt & we will assist you from there.
- Due to natural decay & imperfections of all flowers, complaints and refunds will be dealt with on a case to case basis.
- Flower Story exercises the right to refund, exchange, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

PAYMENT:
- We accept payments via BDO or BPI bank transfer or online transfer; as well as GCASH. We also accept Paypal or credit card payment via Paypal.
- Full payment is expected to be settled within 24 hours upon placement of order, otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled.

OFFICIAL RECEIPT:
This may be requested upon delivery. Please contact us for more info.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
- All blooms are subject to availability (especially for rush orders).
- If a certain product is unavailable, we replace this with a corresponding likeness. If we are unable to provide any substitution, the client shall be informed immediately for replacement or refund of payment.
- Photos posted are for reference only. Products may not always appear as they look in photos, however, we do our best to meet expectations.
- Some flowers may come with natural discolouration.

RUSH ORDERS:
- Rush orders may be accommodated depending only on the availability of your request. Send us a TEXT or Viber message at 09175225296 to inquire about available stocks before placing an order via our website.

All personal information provided/disclosed by the client/ payor shall remain confidential and shall be kept for documentation purposes only.
